Healthplanning ltd was setup in 1988, by Verity Kemp, and specialises in

• high level project management
• health, housing and the voluntary sector
• organisational change and development
• trouble shooting
• facilitation

Verity has a wealth of skills and personal experience in these areas and, depending on the nature and needs of a project, she also works with a variety of associates.

Major assignments

In the past two years, major assignments have included:

• Project managing the review of the NHS Emergency Planning Guidance for the Department of Health, and the subsequent consultation including underpinning guidance on:
  • care of blast injured patients
  • evacuation and shelter
• working with NHS Resilience to develop guidance and devise and deliver training workshops
• technical author for the British Standards Institution for its Publicly Available Standard on healthcare resilience (PAS 2015)
